The
master bedroom with en-suite shower room is on the ground
floor, along with a further double bedroom, one twin, one
single, and one bunk bedded room. There is also a wetroom with power shower and spa bath and two separate toilets.
A
spiral staircase (which can be difficult with young children)
leads to the first floor, where you will find a large lounge/dining
room with stripped pine floor, bathed in light from the
double glazed floor-to-ceiling glass on two walls. On this
floor is also an additional cloakroom, and the fully fitted
kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave
and automatic washing machine with tumble dryer.
Leading
out from the kitchen is the superb sun deck with tables
and chairs, sun loungers and a barbeque.
Trenance
house has full central heating, telephone for internal and
external calls, a DVD player, and all Sky satellite channels.
There is also a garage for one car, and parking for a further
two cars. All bed linen is provided and beds will be made
up ready for your arrival but you need to bring your own
towels. Cots [bedding/linen not supplied] and high chairs
are available if required for an additional £12.00
per week each. Electricity is included in the tariff.
